Initials J and K are usually associated with the Bostonian who captivated the world by getting killed during the prime time TV news.  Another Bostonian sharing two‑thirds of his initial with the dead President died this week.  John Kenneth Galbraith — one of the best writers produced by the dismal science, a friend of South Asia, and arguably the best known mediocre economist ever — died at the age of 97.
