- Case for the sovereign bond?  (I am not sure about this yet.)

- This was surprisingly good.  By the way, I am not sure I want to live in a city that is constantly attacked by aliens and mutant spiders.

- The Bo Xilai affair.  Also, about the son — hmm, Kennedy School.

- Micro-revolutions in Egypt, which seems to be facing the wild card.

- Esther Duflo over lunch.  (French mother, Bengali father, both economists — that kid will be one serious nerd).

- Faruq Wasif on the language debate.
